Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:
We take pride in everything we make and hope you will like our product as much as we do. If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of having received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned. Headwear, undergarments (boxer/jocks, panty and thongs) are not exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If returning item, please do not stick the return labels directly onto the packaging or else your return will be rejected and sent back to you as the item is now in an un-saleable condition.

Personalised product: As this product is customised to you we do not offer returns unless deemed faulty.

If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect product, please get in touch so we can get it sorted for you.

FAULTY RETURNS:
If the defect in the product was caused by reasons other than materials quality or assembly process, the original product will be returned to you. We do not refund products:

  • Obtained from a source other than crosslinewear.com
  • Damaged by abuse or negligence (exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp object, etc.)
  • Damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose (use of running shoes for court sports or hiking footwear as work boots, etc.)

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We will refund full purchase price of the relevant product(s) returned to us excluding shipping charges (if any). Refunds will be given in the same form as the payment for the original purchase.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what I ordered?

If you have received products which you did not order or a damaged/defective product please do not remove any tag or take out the product from the original packaging. We would recommend you to contact our team at support@crosslinewear.com and let us know the details of your package.

Our Customer Service team would also require you to provide visual evidence (e.g photo, video) of the products in order to expedite the process.

When will you receive my return package?

After you send us your return package, it can take 2 - 5 business days for the package to get to us. Unfortunately, we cannot control how long it will take for your returned products to be delivered back to us.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crosslinewear.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to get an item in another size or colour, simply send back the item for a refund and place a new order.

GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING:
To return your product, you should contact us at support@crosslinewear.com first. Subsequently we will let you know when and where you can mail your product to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
